WE'RE EXCITED TO CREATE GRAPHICS AND AUDIO FOR YOUR PROJECT!
Whether you’re just starting out and need your first custom asset pack or you’re part of an experienced team looking for freelance support, we’re here to turn your ideas into reality.

With an MA in Game Design specializing in 2D graphics and years of experience, our head designer ensures your project stands out with stunning visuals. On the audio side, our in-house composer is ready to deliver everything from immersive soundtracks to dynamic effects, making sure your project sounds as good as it looks.

Throughout the process, you’ll work directly with either our head designer or in-house composer (depending on your order), ensuring clear and direct communication and a seamless experience from start to finish.

We work in a variety of styles and formats, tailoring each project to your unique needs. Ready to get started? Here are a few details to consider so we can create a personalized quote just for you:

Project Overview

Provide a brief description of your project and its current status. This helps us understand the scope and context, whether it’s game art, illustrations, or audio design.

Style and Vision

Share the style you’re envisioning for your project. If you have prototypes, mood boards, reference images, or audio examples, please include them. If no specific style or tone is mentioned, we’ll work within our standard approach based on the project type.

Assets, Illustrations, or Audio Needs

Provide a list of what you require, such as character sprites, backgrounds, UI elements, illustrations, or audio tracks. Approximate quantities and types are helpful, but if you’re unsure, give us a general idea so we can tailor a quote to your needs.

Format and File Type

Let us know your preferred format or file type. For game art and illustrations, we default to raster files but are happy to provide vector-based formats if needed. For audio, we deliver files in standard formats such as WAV or MP3, depending on your requirements.

Dimensions and Specifications

Specify the dimensions or technical requirements for your assets or illustrations, such as grid sizes or scaling considerations. For audio, let us know details like file length, loop requirements, or specific sound qualities. If no specifications are provided, we’ll default to scalable and high-quality setups.

Additional Details

Share any other relevant information, references, or unique requirements for your project. The more details you provide, the better we can align with your vision.

Default Setup

For illustrations and game art: Unless specified, we’ll default to creating assets in large formats suitable for scaling, with illustrations typically set to an A3 canvas at 300dpi in raster format.
For audio: We deliver files in high-quality WAV format unless otherwise requested.

Once we have a clear overview of your project and needs, we’ll create a custom quote and timeline tailored specifically for you. For larger or more complex projects, we may suggest splitting the work into multiple orders, such as starting with a smaller sample to ensure everything is on the right track.

After we agree on the offer, we’ll begin by working on sketches or samples. These are always shared with you first, allowing you to review and provide feedback. This step ensures we’re aligned on the direction, prevents miscommunication, and gives you control over the process. If significant changes are needed, we’ll provide an additional round of revised sketches or samples for your approval.

Once you’re completely happy with the direction, we’ll proceed with the final delivery. For payments, we require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion to ensure fairness for both sides.

This approach allows us to maintain a smooth process while keeping your needs and satisfaction at the forefront. By keeping you involved throughout, we ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the final product. This collaborative approach is why we maintain such high customer ratings. And if minor edits are needed after delivery, we’re happy to handle those free of charge.
We also have experience with comics, logo and icon design, game mechanics, UX navigation, and worldbuilding, making us ready to tackle a wide variety of creative needs. Whether it’s crafting innovative game designs or exploring new formats, we thrive on challenges and are excited to bring your vision to life.

FAQ
Q
Are you availeble to work on a project currently?
It always depends on the project and our schedule, but most likely yes! Send us an e-mail and we'll figure out the details.
Q
Can we set up a meeting over voice call?
We prefer to keep communication over text when possible. This is because we like to have our entire conversation to look back through if anything is unclear later on, or if we need to go over details we've discussed. However, we am open to voice-calls as well.
Q
Can you send over a quote for my project?
We're more than happy to put together an estimate and offer for your project. We need some basic information before we can do so to make the most accurate offer. You can see lists of what we need to know to put together a quote for you in the section above.
Q
How long will it take to finish my order?
Turnaround time depends on both the size of the project, and my schedule. For a small order or a sample order, you can expect it to be ready in 3-5 week-days. For a larger order the time is usually a week or two. When we have the information we need to put together a quote for your project, we'll also let you know how long we expect it to take to complete your order.

Q
Can you create graphics for my entire game project?
Off course! You are always in control of the assets for your project, and if you need a large bulk order that is no issue. We do however recommend splitting large orders like this up in smaller parts to avoid miscommunications and large adjustments after the delivery.
Q
What happens if anything needs to be changed after the order is delivered?
We'll always do minor adjustments and edits for free after the fact. This could e.g. be simple color changes, exporting in other formats, changing layering structures, etc. If we are talking about larger and more time-consuming edits, We'll charge an additional fee. This would be in the case that work needs to be redone from scratch, or large chunks needs to be changed.

In our experience it's very rare that orders needs such extensive edits after delivery, since we discuss sketches and samples before the delivery. Orders that needs such major changes are usually due to something having changed in the structure of the project between the approval of sketches and the delivery.

You can in general expect us to do about 1-2 hours of free edits (depending on the size of the project) before we charge anything for it. If we do charge for edits after delivery We'll always let you know before starting the process.
Q
What type of payments do you accept?
We have a PayPal.me that is our main payment method for orders, besides from direct bank transfers. You can find it under the name @Penzilla.
If you prefer another method of payment, let us know and I'll see what I can do.
Q
Have you seen my e-mail or message if you have not responded to it?
We get a lot of new messages from people around the clock. We like to keep office hours, meaning that we don't respond at night, and we often prioritize established orders before we take on new ones. If you've send us a message and we´re slow to respond, it's usually because we want to be able to look over what you have send me properly and make sure we have time in our schedule before committing.

You can expect a response time from 1-5 week days usually.
Q
Will you collaborate with me on my project for free / in exchange for percentages on later sales / in exchange for me working on your projects?
We currently do not have time to take on any unpaid work unfortunately. You are always welcome to contact us with opportunities like this, but the answer will most likely be that we do not currently have time.
